Shipping & Returns
We offer that oh-so-glorious thing called free shipping! This is for all orders $50 or more. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate of $7.95 per order.
At this time we are only shipping within the continental U.S.A. If you are outside of the USA mainland, you can still order from us but will need to use a forwarder.
You may return most new, unopened, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a refund*. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) otherwise you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom made items are not eligible for refunds.
Many items require an RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) number in order to be returned. What that means is that we'll need images of the item(s) you're looking to wishing to return as part of the manufacturer's requirements. An RMA number is specific to each return item, like a finger print, and helps the return process quickly. This means that only items approved specifically for each RMA will be accepted.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive your refund much sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. There's a few moving parts so we appreciate your patience and will do what we can to hurry the process along as quickly as possible.

*Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. You will be made aware if this fee applies to you prior to or at the time you receive your item's RMA number.
